"Several years ago at the time of the SNES I decided with two friends to create our own Saint Seiya game. It should become a sidescrolling actiongame like the castlevania games, with bossbattles in the style of fighting games but in big arenas where you could destroy the objects and interact with the backrounds. I wanted to use the original TV show, digitalize several parts of it and use these pictures or anims to build the levels and create the people. We were halffinished with the design of the game and were about to start creating the levels and the people on the computer when the friend who was in charge of the programing left the project. Because of this and because of the school we decided to stop the project. But if I should finish the project one day it will defenitly be my dream game. I think a good Saint Seiya game must be using the great story, which is not possible in a fighting game. It's also very important to use the same graphicstyle than the TV show and the movies, because if the game uses raytraced pictures or 3dgraphic like Tekken a big part of the atmosphere gets lost."
